Terms of Service—Real Ones Series

1. Photo / Video Release: I irrevocably authorize the Real Ones Series to use my likeness in the form of photographs and video recordings to publish in any and all of their social media accounts and other advertising materials, present and future. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Real Ones Series, LLC to edit, alter, copy, publish or distribute this photo for the purposes of publicizing the Real Ones Series, LLC’s programs, workshops and events or for any lawful purpose. I waive any rights to royalties or compensation arising from the use of my likeness in this manner.
2. Choreographers and Presenters: The Real Ones Series, LLC reserves the right to substitute presenters and choreographers if they have unavoidable scheduling conflicts and for any other reason. I understand that I am not entitled to a refund or any compensation if there are substitutions to the list of choreographers and presenters.
3. Assumption of Risk: I hereby acknowledge and agree that the nature of this Event is physical and that I am of sound health and able to participate. I acknowledge that there are certain risks and dangers involved with the participation in this Event and that knowingly and voluntarily accept and assume the any such risks and dangers, and any other risks arising from my participation in this Event, including but not limited to physical injuries.
4. Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive and discharge the Real Ones Series, LLC and any of its officers, employees, and volunteers for liability or claim resulting from any personal injury, accident, or illness (including death), and/or property loss arising from, or in any way related to, my participation in this Event, except for those arising from the willful misconduct, gross negligence, or intentional torts of the Real Ones Series, LLC if applicable.
5. Severability: I agree that the foregoing clauses are intended to be as broad as permissible by the laws of the State of New York, and that if any of these clauses is held invalid that the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
6. Cancellations and Refunds: I understand that this Event is non refundable.

Acceptance of Terms: I have read and understand this entire agreement and acknowledge that payment for this Event (in part or in full) is an acceptance of the above terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I am entering into this agreement freely and voluntarily.
